The O’Haire Motor Inn has various meeting rooms available.
According to the type of seating arrangement that you prefer, our
meeting rooms vary in the number of people they can
accommodate. Below are the meeting room and banquet facilities available,
and the estimated size of the group that the rooms can comfortablyaccommodate.
At the O’Haire Motor Inn, we are committed to making sure
that your meeting or catered event is a successful one. If at any
time we can be of service to you, please do not hesitate to ask.
Clark & Lewie’s Pub and Grill in the O’Haire Motor
Inn caters all food and beverage. Ice water is a complimentary service
to all of our meeting rooms. TV/VCR, overhead projector, screen
writing pads, and chalkboard are all available. Please request when
making your reservation.
Reservations, Discounts, and Guarantees:
Discounts on sleeping rooms are available for groups of 10 rooms
or more. If more than 10 sleeping rooms are booked, meeting room
costs will be waived. However, a $15 room service fee will still
apply. We require a 48-hour guarantee on all rooms and food service.
If cancellations are made less than 48-hours prior to the scheduled
event, a partial fee will apply.
Room 201
Located on the second floor, 201 has an optional adjoining sleeping
room. This meeting room is designed for a relaxed business or social
gathering. This room has three couches and a small conference table
with chairs. It has its own private bath. In addition, this room
can seat up to 15 in a larger conference style setting.
Russell Room
Located on the second floor, the Russell Room is a traditional meeting
room. Restrooms are located directly down the hall.
Classroom set-up = up to 15 people; Conference or “U”
set-up = up to 20 people; Theater set-up = up to 30 people; Rounds
set-up = up to 28 people.
Big Sky Room
Located on our lower level, the Big Sky Room is our largest traditional
gathering space. Restroom are located adjoining.
Classroom set-up = up to 40 people; Conference or “U”
set-up = up to 55 people; Theater set-up = up to 65 people; Rounds
set-up = up to 55 people.
